To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase/order number


📦 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

❌ Clearance or final sale items
❌ Personal care/hygiene items after opening
❌ Products damaged after delivery

AMAHOME reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

Once your return is approved:

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered instead.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.

Approved refunds may be issued via:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Store Credit (where applicable)

📲 How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or exchange:

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Share:

  • Order number

  • Product images/videos

  • Reason for return

Step 3

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Step 4

After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed accordingly.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers may be required to pay return shipping charges unless the issue was caused by AMAHOME.

  • In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items, AMAHOME will cover the return shipping cost.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled:

  • Before dispatch

  • Within a limited processing window

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

  • Slight color or size differences may occur due to lighting and screen variations.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

  • Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
